photos come out blurry and fuzzy on ebay

I have a new computer, and for some reason when i transfer a picture fom my
pictures to ebay or auction boutique they turn out blurry and fuzzy- i think
i may have an internet setting wrong. Can anyone help me please

Do you experience the "blurry and fuzzy"
issue with other images on the net or just
the ones you upload?

What is the original size of these images
and are you resizing them before uploading?
