Photos come out bluish gray

I have HPdeskjet 940c printer, when printing photo's the pic comes out blue/gray. In the printer the yellow arrow points to the unhappy face for the black ink. I have changed it, but it still occurrs the blue/gray coloring in my photo's. I don't know how to correct the matter.
