Photos and backup

I tried downloading my digital pictures from a recent
trip off my memory stick to my computer using a SanDisk
drive. However, there was an error stating something was
wrong with the formatting and I couldn't copy them to my
desktop nor view them in my camera. The only thing I was
able to do was save it as a backup (.bkf) file. Now when
I run the restore, It won't restore the picture files
because of some formattig error even though the files are
visible and have the correct memory size. Does anyone
know How I can get the pictures out antoher way, PLEASE?

Probably your best solution would be ask Sandisk
