PhotoPlus 8 by Serif

I recently installed PhotoPlus 8 by Serif. Since the installation, I am unable to access Win XP 'Show as SlideShow function. When installing a CD, it defaults to the PhotoPlus 8 format for displaying the pictures. How can I over ride this new default setting and return to my pervious Win XP, My Picture, Show as Slideshow default.

Maybe the following suggestion will work...

Go to My Computer and right click the
icon for your CD drive...from the menu...
choose...Properties / AutoPlay tab...

Open the drop window and choose..."Pictures"

In the list...choose..."View a slide show of the images"

Left click...Apply / OK...
