I've set up a photo gallery and when I click on any one
thumbnail it then displays it in a larger size. To view
the next picture I have to either click the 'Back' button
in the browser and then select the next picture and repeat
the process.

Is there an easy and efficient way of being able to view
anddd go to either the next or previous picture whilst
already looking at a picture? The only way I can think of
doing this is to put a hyperlink to the next and previous
picture in the current picture. I have over 150 holiday
pictures which I want to publish for family and friends to
view, and using hyperlinks will take ages to set up.

I don't think the photo gallery feature runs as a "slide show" as such, but you
should be able to find a javascript somewhere that you can set up, which will
display your pictures.....(being there is a lot of pictures, this might be
advantageous to have it automated somewhat.).

The javacripts I've seen give you navigation controls like forward, back, auto
(which cycles through the pics after a certain amount of time has elapsed (say 10
seconds or half a minute if you like).

You also wanted something easy to set up - these javascripts are 'easy' to the
point you may just have to list each phone in an array, or variables, but the
script is essentially written comes with documention on how to adapt it so it
should be fairly easy to make sense of (I'm assuming of course you're not
familiar with javascript and such - I may assume incorrectly). I don't know that
this would save any more time than linking to each image individually.

Otherwise, as you've said, you'd have to manually like the 'next' and 'previous'
image.....sounds like a lot of work, I don't think peope would mind viewing a
larger image, then clicking back to view the next....
