photo trouble

I have a panasonic pv-dv102 camcorder/digital camera and
I am having trouble getting the camera and the computer
to work with each other. I am running windows xp... but
it seems the camera and the computer/windows xp cannot
communicate. Please help... Thanks.

I am guessing here that you want to transfer photos taken on the memory card
of this camcorder to your PC. You can't do this directly from the camcorder.
You need to purchase a USB memory card reader (about $25.00) from Radio
Shack, CompUSA, Best Buy etc.
You then connect this card reader to your PC and insert your memory card in
it and then download the picture to your PC.
When you connect this camcorder to your PC, you can transfer what is on the
tape, not what is on the memory card.
