i am having probs with putting the cd tray in the printer acording to manual

The front sheet feeder was set before setting the CD-R tray.

a.. The CD-R tray is inserted properly along the right side of the front
sheet feeder.

a.. The edge guide is set properly along the side of the CD-R tray.

a.. The CD-R tray is inserted firmly until the hollow of the CD-R tray and
the hollow of the front sheet feeder join.

a.. The adjust lever was switched from the position to the position
after inserting the CD-R tray.

a.. The paper button was pressed after switching the adjust lever.

all of which is done apart from putting the cd tray in, which even if i try
to force still wont do
any help ????
 
You have to go one below the cd setting, insert to the arrows and
line it up and then bring the lever back up to the cd position, which
will the clamp the roller down on top of it to feed it properly.
