Photo Story 3 without Media Player 10

Hello all,
I downloaded Photo Story 3 and started installing it, but it complained it
could not find Media Player 10. I have version 9 instead and don't want to
upgrade!
Is it possible to install Photy Story 3 without upgrading Media Player?
 
Yup you can, I did so on my laptop because of a screensaver program I was
running that didn't work with MP10.
