Photo Story 3: can't produce a WMV with music

Hi everybody,

Someone I know, has a problem with Photostory 3.

She builds her WP3 with pictures and adds music. When she wants to convert
it to a WMV, there's an (Dutch) error message saying that there isn't enough
memory to complete the action and there could be some files of Photostory or
WMP damaged or missing.

When she removes the music, there isn't a problem building up the story.

Does anyone have a solution?

Thankful greetings
Ronny

If she is using her own music try using a
different format...wma is usually best.

Or...try using the music creation option in
the program.

Hi John (and others),

The trouble continues... when she uses an own WMA or when she uses the
"music creation" option, the problems stays. I mean that the story can't be
build up.

When she plays the WP3-file (with or without a music file), there's no
problem.

But she told me that her Windows Media Player has changed from Dutch (we're
from Belgium) to English and that she found that the interface has changed a
lot. Could THAT be the problem?

Sorry...I don't have the answer but it sounds like a system issue.

Why not use the music creation option in the PhotoStory 3 program?

Hi John,

Problem solved !!!!

Her Windows Media Player was too old (I think WMP 9). She updated it to
version 11 and it works now.
Thanks for your replies and for all what you do to help the other people in
need. That deserves RESPECT.
