Please explain "empty files".
If you can see an icon for the file...it is
recognized.
If you can left click the file and play
if from the Library in Windows Media
Player...it's working correctly.
You may not see a thumbnail preview
depending on the transition used at
the beginning of the story. For example,
if it fades in from black...you see black.

Thank's for replying. I have a folder with 5 Photo Stories stored in 'My
Video' file. On the 'Library Page', the
Folder appear under the 'My Video' button in the 'Folders view' panel,(- the
sub folders are not shown) and
when selected, no thumb nails appears on the main screen. Also, when pointing
at the file button, a ballon
appears, telling where the folder is and that: 'Numbers of files & Pictures
are 0'.
I read in the manual that in order to store files in the Library, they should
be formatted JPEG, TIFF e.t.c.;
but I can't see how to do that on the 'Save Your Story' page on Photo Story 3.
1, it only gives me a chance to
save it as a wmv format. All files, other than 'My videos', appear in the
Library and open with thumb nails,-
works perfectly!
