I have windows xp pro I dont think I have any type of
photo progams on my machine? is there something I can down
load?

You have MS Paint but it's pretty limited. Go to...
Start / Programs / Accessories / Paint.

You could try the freeware IrfanView...it has quite
a few options...brightness, contrast, resizing, slide
shows, etc.

I would take a good look at a program called "Gimp" This is a very powerful imaging tool that was originally designed for Unix/lunix distributions. It is now available for windows and is completely free of charge. This software is as powerful as Adobe's Photoshop and has an equally steep learning cure. Once mastered it is outstanding. it may be downloaded from the following location. Make sure you download and install the GTK+2 runtime software first...than download gimp and install...here is the lin
