| how do i change my email address on the computer so that i can send photos
| with an address different that the one i first signed up with? ex: hotmail

| i'm using office and when i want to email photos, my computer always goes to
| an old email address. unfortunately it's hotmail and photos can't be sent via
| them anymore (free account). some where in this computer there has to be a
| page where i can change this....please help!

Are you using Outlook or Outlook express? They are two different beasts
Accessing a different email account to send an email is easy to do in both email clients.
Outlook Express:
After you click on 'Create Mail' and the window opens up, click on the arrow at the end of the 'From' line and you should get a drop down list showing all the email accounts you have set up under Outlook Express. Select the one you want. To stop having to do this each time go to Tools/Accounts/Mail/Click on the one you wish to use as your default address and then click on 'Set As Default'. This address will then be the account that all your email is automatically sent from unless you either change it manually or set it up automatically as above.
Outlook:

To stop having to do this each time go to Tools/Options/Mail Setup/View or Change Existing Email Accounts..follow the prompts. Select the one you wish to use as your default address. This address will then be the account that all your email is automatically sent from unless you either change it manually or set it up automatically as above.
