photo save ?

after saving a pic- on save as.. and checking my file it
has no preview to view. i have a jp-file. i have
windowsxp home ed.
 
Is it really a JPG file? I suspect not. Some graphic files do not generate a
thumbnail view like EPS files. Depending on the graphic file filters you may
have installed on your computer, you may or may not be able to see BMP, GIF
thumbnails etc..
