Photo problems

I just noticed that when I navigate to certain folders
in "my pictures" that windows gives me an error message
and basically crashes explorer. Anybody have this
problem before? Windows continues to run, but I can
repeat this problem over and over again. It happens in
some folders but not others.

Do you happen to have Adobe PhotoShop or
Elements installed?

If you do...right click on a .jpg file and choose
Properties. Click the Photoshop Image tab
and uncheck the "Generate Thumbnails" button,
then click OK.

If this is not the issue...what is the error message?
