Photo printing wizard - photo size

Is there a w ay to print photos according to centimeter size e.g. 10 x 15 cm
and not 3.5 x 5 inches?

Yes, try the following steps:

Go to...Control Panel / Regional and
Language Options / Regional Options tab...
and choose: English United Kingdom...
Apply / OK.

Now re-open the Printing Wizard.
