Dear All,
I am Using win2000pro
Can any one help, I have an Epson 950 printer, which will print the test
page fine and dandy, documents are ok too, but when it comes to a photo in
any software (psp, word or Photoshop7) the printer starts to print just to
bugger up a new glossy page then freezes to a grinding holt. I have tried
setting up two printers with USB and LPT1 with cables connected to no avail,
can any one help, even Epson gave up saying its not there printer that's at
fault as it prints the test page. Well yippy do. but it doesn't help my
problem.

Since you can print documents from Word, A guess would be that you do not
have enough free storage space on the hard drive to hold the temporary files
used for printing pictures.

Another fainter possibility is that there is some problem in the (of all
things) video driver area.

I'd suggest that you defrag the hard drive, delete any unneeded files,
especially those in the temporary internet file directorys (IExplorer ), and
check for unneeded programs and utilities running in background.
I assume that you have current printer drivers and the win2k is up to date
(service packs, etc)
