Photo Impact 11 changing background color of rollover buttons

I am using PI 11 and FP 2003. I want to use a set of rollover buttons. I
cannot change the background from white. They are jpg and I can save as a gif
if needed.
 
jpg doesn't support transparency, you'd need to use gifs or png images
