Photo Folder and File Names Not Displayed

In My Pictures, I sent the photo folders and files to a pen drive as back up
and now the file names are not being displayed under the thumbnail, only the
actual thumbnails. I have tried the View>Customise This Folder and
View>Change Details but cannot get the names back. The only way to see the
file name is to hover over the file which is difficult with 40 folders.

Any suggestions that could help?

The following tweak originally posted by
Yves Alarie should solve the problem.

"How to Restore or Disable File Names
for Thumbnails in Windows XP"
(works for thumbnail view and filmstrip view)

Open a folder that contains image files.

Press and hold your Shift key while clicking
on the View button and select Details.

Continue holding the Shift key and click
on the View button and select Thumbnails
again.
