Photo error

Hi,

I have 3 pictures & 1 video clip (.avi) that are on my
compact flash card, I can read it on the camera and see
the thumbnail (not the video clip though). However, when
I upload it or if I save it elsewhere, it says
that "preview is not available". It says the file has
been demaged. Is there anyway to fix this?

Once you copy the video clip off the camera to your pc, try to rt. click one
of the .avi files and select Open With>Windows Media Player. If that works
you might want to go back to the .avi file, rt. click and select Choose
Program. A window will pop up, Select Windows Media Player and down towards
the bottom of that Window you'll see a checkbox "Always use the selected
program to open this kind of file." Select the checkbox and you should have
anymore problems.
