photo dvd

i am trying to pull up a photo dvd on Windows XP Home edition. The dvd just
spins around and I am not able to open it. The dvd opens up on my laptop
with no problem. I don't know if it is relevant but the dvd was burned on a
mac.

It seems like I am missing some type of software.
