Photo default setting

Hi,

My OS is XP Professional english, how to change the default setting for the
open or edit jpg picture from MS Photo Editor to others.

In Windows 95, I used Windows Explorer | View | Options | File Types | JPG
to change the default setting.

Please enlight to me

Wow where to begin. There are so many ways to change the program used to open something like .jpg. You can still go into control panel\folder options\file types and change things to the way you want. Most programs have an option to set them as the default viewer in their configuration panels. You can also go into control panel\add remove programs\set program access and defaults button on the left. There are other ways in the registry as well but that gives you three options for now.
