How do I get the photos on contacts to sync with my iPod Classic? The photos
show up on my contacts but are not included when I sync my iPod.

Outlook has no active role in the sync process. There are no Outlook
settings that control any aspect of the sync. All sync features are
controlled by the sync software you use. WHile I believe what you ask
cannot be done, you should read the documentation that came with your sync
software or contact the software's vendor.
