photo button on Switchboard

I created some buttons in photoshop and put them on my
switchboard. The problem is when there is no option
attached to the button it will not go away.
Also... does anyone know how to save those buttons into
the toolbox so that I can use them again?

I found out how to do save the buttons so that I can use

then again. I saved it in Windows BitMap format to the
office BITMAP file. Now when I want to use it... all I do
is build an event.
