photo attachments

Cansomeone please help when i open attachments on my outlook express that
contain photos,the file transfers to microsoft word and I get pages and pages
of gobbledegook.I know that some how I have asked it to open these files this
way but how do I correct it.

Reset your photo file association.
Right click on any jpg file on your hard drive.
Click on Open with on the opening menu.
Click on Choose program.
Select Windows Picture and Fax viewer.
Check the box "Always...."
