phony MS e-mails and SwenA worm

I am getting more and more of these mailings every day.
Now over 10 a day. Fortunately, my ISP intercepts some
and my anti-virus catches others.
Is there any way to block getting these obnoxious mailings?

They are really bothersome and seriously blocking my work
productivity.

ps - I do know NOT to open these. I delete them
immediately. I assume this is the correct action to take?
