phone unlocking problem

hi can anyone help me with this

i have the LG T310 phone set to 02 but when i enter to 2945#*310# on the phone.the unlock menu all black out and i can,t enter my unlock code

i have seen clips on youtube and follow them and nothing seen to work


any help please?
