I accidently erased phone tools from my programs list;how
can i get it back?? I would appreciate it very much if i
can get it back sometime today!!! Thanks

What is "Phone Tools"?
 
Ok follow these instructions:
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
then follow the instructions.

Phone Tools is not a part of Windows. You'll need to reinstall the program
to get it back. If it was present on the system when you received it, it
was preinstalled by the system builder. You should also have received
installation disks. Check the system documentation for more information
about reinstalling those extra applications.
