Phone service/dialer

I have a weird application called phone serviece that just
randomly pops up and attempts to dial a phone number in
the 044 areacode, what in the world is this from doing
research online it seems to be a valid microsoft
application. I just want to get rid of it ...

Install an anti-spyware program such as ad-aware and see if it finds any
dialers installed.

My friend had the same thing and we used the recover disks ofr his
notebook and re-installed everything. He got his phone bill and it
was $300.00! The auto-dialer was calling 900 numbers!
