phone numbers and subjects

Is there a way to create custom subjects for other phone numbers other than
what is given in the default listings? I would like to create ones for my
parents cell numbers such as "dad's cell" etc.
 
You could customize the formular and add a new field. But you can't edit the
names of the existing ones.
