Phone Log

When ever I use the dialer to dial a contact and check the box, "Create new
Journal Entry when starting new call" and save and close the Phone Log, the
phone log entry does not automatically get linked to the contact.

I suspect the dialer only works with Outlook and doesn't know about BCM
Contacts.

BCM Contacts is part of Outlook. It is just creating another datebase for
Outlook to use.
