Phone Log Timer - Change from hour increments?

Is there a way to change the phone log timer to minutes rather than hours?
Hours is the default, but that is a useless function for me. I must track my
calls per 15 minute increments!
 
Hi,
The timer on a Phone call logs time in minutes as well. Moreover, the user
cannot modify the timer value.
