Phone Log Reminder to call back

Is there anyway one can set a reminder in the phone log to call back a
client? Have a client who has been using Maximizer for years and wants to
rather use BCM, but wants the same features with regards to making a call and
ending it with reminders. He does not want to go to tasks and retype the
information.

Advice would be most appreciated.

When on the account's/contact's "History" tab, you can select a specific
call/history item, and then choose "Follow up" from the Toolbar at the top
of the page. From there, you can select the timeframe in which you want a
reminder to follow up - the next day, the next week, custom date, etc...
this follow up will then show in your tasks, and you can also set it to send
you a reminder.
