Phone Issue

I am having a problem with using my phone in Outlook 2003. Outlook is
dialing the number and connecting to the other party because it rings my
cellphone, but I can't hear anything on either my computer or on my headset.
I remember I used to hear the dial tone and all the sounds made with making
a phone call and I no longer do. My computer speakers and headphones work in
other programs so I eliminated that problem. Thanks for the help, Ken :)
 
Not an Outlook issue. Outlook simply uses the Windows Dialer which has no
support for voice modems. It only places the call.
