I transfer contact information from cardscan 5.0.2 to outlook contacts. Cardscan has a field for extensions; but I do not see a related field in outlook contacts. Is there a way to create one?
You could create a user field. I don't think it would sort on it, though -- but
why would you sort by extension anyway? You could also create a new input form
to include it but I don't know anybody who can do that in practice.
I just tack "X 438" at the end of the number and let it go.
