Phone Dialer

FP 2000, Windows XP
From a web page, I have a roster listing phone numbers. I want to be
able to click that phone number and have it dialed.
Is there anything in FP that will permit automatic dialing a phone number?
Or, any inexpensive software that will do that?
 
It would have to be server-based, as you can not access applications on a user's pc from a web page.
Also if you could, users would have to have a specific application installed, plus a voice modem and
microphone/phone, etc.

I think the following search term is better...

Google: "tapi"+"web interface"

.... because TAPI is the actual protocol that Microsoft and Intel developed
and dialers require the use of TAPI on the Windows platform. Use the term
TAPI in other search queries.

I came up with 158,921 + results using "Web Based Phone Dialer".

"Tapi" may be a better term, but only returns 44,497 results but since it is Windows only will not
be of much use for users of other platforms.
