On a Windows Me system with Outlook,
the Outbox in the folder list has a (1) beside it
indicating one unread message; however, if I look in the Outbox there are
no messages listed at all. If I try to exit Outlook then it asks me if I
really want to do this since there are messages waiting. I suspect I have
to reinstall Outlook but the user can't find the disks. I tried deleting
the Outbox but it won't let me do that, saying you can't delete certain
special folders.
Is there anything I can do short of having the user buy Outlook all over
again so that I can reinstall it.
