Phantom Documents in Print Queue

For some reason, phantom documents appear in the print queue, but these
documents do not actually print. However, they cause the CPU Usage to go to
100%, making other programs run slower and the CPU to overheat. Does anyone
know why this is happening and how to go about solving the problem?

Do the phantom docs have a name?

Remote Downlevel indicates someone has copied a file to the print share.
