PFMon and Page faults

I just saved a pfmon log file with my application...

Anyone knows what that can be interpretted and if I should worry about
anything there?

Do you know what a page fault is?

A page is block of memory that is not currently mapped to physical memory!
A fault I guess is when the available RAM is low?
