PF Calendar Start Time

I have script that cycle over a group of conference rooms public folder calendars (E 2003) to a 40" screen. The problem is the user will like to start the view at 7:30 AM but by calling the "HTTP://<servername>/Public/<PFname>" all I get is the 8:00AM start time.
How can I change the "work week start time" of the public folder or ask the system to give me the 7:30 to 5:00 view.

Any help is appreciated.
