Hi,
I have installed the PF Backup Add In to Outlook 2000 (SP3) on a lap top
running Windows XP. It appears to install fine and no errors are given. The
problem is the Back Up command does not appear under the File menu in
Outlook 2000. The program is showed as being installed in Windows XP
Add/Remove Programs.
I can find no mention of this problem on the Microsoft support site......
any idea? Much appreciated.
