PestPatrol or Tauscan - opinions please

Which of these is the best at detecting trojans.

I know Tauscan can detect binded trojans when set to advanced scan - but the
database is not updated much now - and does not protect from newest trojans
like latest versions of MoSucker etc.

Pest Patrol looks to have a good database which is updated frequently - but
will it really detect all the trojans if they are binded etc.

Advice welcome.

I have Pestpatrol and all I get from it are false alarms, which it
gives all too often. I bought it a long time ago and really don't have
much trust in the program. If you are looking for a dedicated anti
trojan then I recommend TDS-3 from DiamondCS, there is a trial version
here http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/ it is in the opinion of many people
the best there is. There are others that are good but I prefer and use
TDS-3 myself and use it for on demand scanning. As for Tauscan I
cannot comment as I am unfamiliar with the program. Another program I
like and use as an on access anti trojan is BOClean
http://www.nsclean.com/boclean.html there is no trial version for it
but they do offer a money back guarantee. The support for both BOCLean
and TDS-3 is great and database updates are very frequent, every few
days or even daily if needed for both programs.

Also I forgot to say that with BOClean it is on access only, there is
no on demand scanning feature with this program. But it is very good
at what it does and very light on resources.
