Pesky Popup

Win2K & IE 6
I regularly update and run Norton AntiVirus and the MS Anti Spam Beta.
I have two issues that I can't seem to get rid of.
* Home page is constantly hijacked by about:blank which brings up a page
somewhere on my system and cycles through about a hundred links with words
like: xanan, viagra, fioricet, software etc.
* Whenever using a search engine or keying an address into the address
line I get a popup window about 5 x 4 a few seconds later.

If I correct the home page, I get a message from Anti-Spy, but I never get
a message when it is changed from my Yahoo home page to about:blank.
