pesky box

Hi ,
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of box that radomly
appears?It is about 10 cm/4 inches square.it is blank
except for the title "web page dia."Seems to have come
from nowhere.

Hi Wally,

I looked and found no mention of the words "web page dia" for a dialog.
Does the dialog have anything else in the title or in the content? What are
you normally doing when it appears?
