Person's meetings disappear

Only one person is affected I believe. She states that it happens with either
reocurring or onetime meetings, before the due date of them, and also that
the people who send her the invitations do not see her acceptance/decline--
though she can choose either. She has a blackberry, and the common operating
envrironment is all Office 2003. The affect person says she has been
experiencing this problem for the last three months. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled the whole Office suite, and will be checking in on her day to
day, but I doubt this resolved the issue. Any information is appreciated.

I'd look to the Blackberry sync process, myself.
