personal medical software

I haven't really seen much in this category, but it would be
nice to have software to track:

Doctors
Doctor visits
injuries
prescriptions
symptoms
medical costs
vital signs
height & weight

Sort of an all-in one reference of your personal medical
history. Would be nice if it had cross-referencing, a place to
hold scans of documents or images, printing, etc.

I guess I could use Treepad, or set up a relational database.
Just thought there might be something nifty out there I could
try.

Do a Google Search for Medi-Bank, from TonTin Press, sorry no url for you,
has most if not all of what you seem to want.

Didn't work for me either. I sent an email to the author and will let
you know what happens. I have version 3.0.248 that I could email to
you (3,700kb) but it doesn't have all the added feature of the latest
version.

I tried the link last night and it seemed okay. I downloaded the file
just now. I can upload it to YouSendit if needed.

bytes. Very much appreciated.

I have cookies enabled and it still won't download for me. But thanks
to Susan I can update from her post

Oh, yeah, I emailed the author and it bounced back!
