Personal forms in custom menu

i have a custom menu that i created by right clicking the
tool bar and under "customize" i added a new menu. i
have several forms which i created that sit in
my "Personal Forms Library" is it possible to get each
of these forms to show up in this cusom menu as
individual items not as a link to "Choose Form" TIA.
