Personal Folders-Outlook Today Page

I am unable to get anymore Customize Outlook Today items on my page. I was able to use Inbox/Outbox/Drafts/and Sen
for one of the users on my machine. However I can only get Inbox/Outbox and Drafts on my page.
Any ideas on how to build those quick reference/go to items

When you open Outlook, and go to Outlook Today, do you
see the Customize Outlook Today... area (you can't really
call it a button)? If yes, click on it and then you can
choose the folders you want to see when you click
on "Choose Folders..." button in the Messages area. You
can also change the look of it, etc.
If you don't have the Customize Outlook Today, we have to
look at other things.
