Personal Folders Backup Problem

I have tried, several times, to install Personal Folders
Backup (in Outlook 2002 SP2, running in WinXP Pro). Each
time, the installation wizard tells me it has been
properly installed, but there is never a "Backup" option
in the "File" tab that I think I'm supposed to see. I
have followed all the instructions in Knowledge Base
Article 810932 -- without success. Anyone have any other
ideas?
 
Thanks to "DL" for suggesting the solution that finally
worked for me:

1. Exit Outlook.
2. On the Start menu click Run
3. In the Open box type the following and click OK.

regsvr32 "c:\program files\microsoft
office\office\addins\outbak.dll"

NOTE: You may need to adjust the above path to Outbak.dll
to match the
location on your computer.

4. After running the command line start Outlook.
