I reformatted my computer and reinstalled operating system
and Outlook 2002. I had copied my .pst folder before
doing this and copied it back after the reinstall.
Outlook picked up everything except my rules that I had
created before the rebuild. Is there something else I
should have copied? If so, what is it and where is it?
Thank you in advance for your help.

The rules are stored in the .PST file in Outlook 2002 (previous versions of
Outlook used the separate .RWZ file). You might want to try using the Inbox
Repair Tool on your .PST file to see if there are any errors in the file.
Search your drive for a file called scanpst.exe and run it. Say "yes" when
it asks if you want to make a backup of your original file before trying the
repair.
