Personal Folder

I originally had a Personal folder on an old domain server, prior to purchasing a new domain server

That folder was at "Documents & Settings / Username.Domain/Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook/Outlook1.pst

I then moved the folder to "Documents & Settings / Username.NEWDomain/Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook/Outlook1.pst" but didn't remove the Personal folder

Then we removed the old server "DOMAIN"

HOW can I get rid of the Personal folder that points to the DOMAIN that no longer exists
I'm tired of seeing this Personal Folder on the list, but when it is clicked, I can the
"unable to display..........." message

I've tried going into TOOLS --> e-mail accounts --> to remove it, but it is not there.

ANY IDEAS?

What version of Outlook are you using? In the case of Outlook 2002/XP and
Outlook 2003 use File-> Data File Management...

WIN XP Pro - Outlook 2002 SP-2

The problem is, when I use Data File Mgmt, the only thing to delete is my VALID pst.

There is NO file for the DOMAIN outlook1.pst file
as Username.DOMAIN was removed (including the Outlook1.pst)

Isn't there somewhere where Outlook is referencing this Personal Folder, where the
reference can be deleted and the Personal folder will disappear from the folder list?

I can fax you a copy of data that I'm discussing if you send me an e-mail
at (e-mail address removed).

You can look for the duplicate entry in the registry;
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\<ProfileName>]

Export the key first as you've got a 50-50 shot of deleting the right key

If you don't like editing the registry you can also recreate your mail
profile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...
